Craft beer is serious business according to a report by CNBC. There are more than 2,700 craft breweries in the U.S (the most since Chester A. Arthur was president), and those breweries provide about 108,000 jobs.

With SunRail set to begin in Central Florida in May, USA Today reports that ridership on public transportation in the U.S. is at the highest level since 1956.

Alaska, Texas, Virginia and other states want to overthrow Florida as the king of the rocket launches. Popular Mechanics takes a look at what the future holds for Cape Canaveral.

On this day in 1876, the world’s first phone call occurred when Alexander Graham Bell said: “Mr. Watson, come here; I want you.” But Bell’s title as inventor of the telephone has been questioned for the last 138 years. In 2008, the Washington Post examined the controversy.
