The folks over at Movoto real estate blog have figured out what Sanford residents have long known: Sanford is a great place to live.
Using census bureau data such as arts and entertainment per capita, nightlife per capita and live music venues per capita Movoto has determined that Sanford is the 26th most exciting city in the state of Florida. Not bad considering that most of the cities in front of Sanford (Miami, Orlando, Tampa, etc.) are much larger than the Celery City.
So go out and do something exciting today, and be glad you don’t live in Apopka or Deltona (which top Movoto’s list as Florida’s most boring cities).
