Some dear friends of mine, Lori and Thomas, own the SurlyQue Food Truck (Website | Facebook)had their food trailer stolen. They are spreading the word in as many outlets as possible in hopes of recovering this large financial loss. Jim Philips of the Philips Phile is helping out, too, by featuring the trailer on his show.
But Lori and Thomas need everyone’s help. If you have seen this trailer or have information about it, please call the Sanford Police Department. Also, please go to the SurlyQue Facebook page or Website and share this information on your social media platform.
Below is Lori’s brief narrative:
Sometime in the early morning of July 9, someone came onto our property, cut the hitch lock and drove away with our 31 foot Airstream Sovereign food trailer!
This represents quite a large sum of money and two years of blood, sweat and tears taken from us. Please help!
If you read this page please share it. We’re hoping that if enough people repost this information someone out there will spot it and contact the police.
Our Airstream has a custom exhaust stack for a commercial kitchen hood making it easily identifiable from the outside. It has diamond plate flooring inside, it was a complete conversion.
Other identifying information:
- 1975 Airstream Sovereign
- Length: 31′
- Trailer ID # 131TJ2434
- Last seen 7/8/15 at 10:30 pm
- License Plate V905HD (Florida Conserve Wildlife design)
- Location when stolen: Sanford, FL
Please contact the Sanford Police Department at 407-688-5070 and reference case #201550003455.
