Sanford Avenue is becoming quite the eclectic mix of businesses running the gamut from breweries and soul food to belgium beer and the coolest “dive” bar in Central Florida.
And now you can satisfy your late-night cravings with a taste of Caribbean flavor.
Negril Spice (Facebook)is a Jamaican restaurant, that recently celebrated its grand opening at 114 S. Sanford Ave. (Gmap). The 49-seat restaurant serves certified Jamacian entrees like oxtail, curry goat, curry chicken and fried chicken. And if you like jerk, chefs William and Robert do the best jerk burger, jerk chicken and jerk pork. They also serve up jerk crabs, garlic shrimp, and escovitch fish.
Negril Spice is open Monday to Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Thursday to Saturday they’re open until late at night, with hours from 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. Sundays hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
All major credit cards accepted, and there is delivery service on orders over $30 within a 5-mile radius. Dine-in and take-out are available.
