After several weeks of anticipation, the Smokehouse at the Route 46 Entertainment District is opening Tuesday, Sept. 6 at 11 a.m. The restaurant will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
“We have been amazed at how many things needed to be fixed, repaired, re-done, replaced, repainted, added, improved, or refurbishing since we closed the doors in 2012,” owner Don Hachenberger announced on the Route 46 Entertainment District’s Facebook page.
As The Bokey reported several weeks ago, the Smokehouse is The first of the route 46 venues to open. open first, followed by the . Opening dates fot the Garage Bar and The Saloon have not been determined.
“We have assembled a great Management Team led by Amy Briscoe, General Manager who brings nearly 25 years of restaurant management experience, and Jeremy Colangelo, Director of Operations with nearly 10 years of restaurant experience,” Hachenberger wrote in his announcement.
“Amy and Jeremy have been successfully assembling the best team around them to deliver outstanding service and a superb overall customer experience.”
“We want to invite all of our friends and past guests to join us as soon as the opportunity arises,” the owner wrote.
Hachenberger also encouraged guests “if you like what we do, please tell everyone you know and if you don’t, please tell us and we will do everything reasonable to remedy it.”
